Contact Form Not Sending

    When someone sends a note through the theme contact page it doesn’t do anything. When you click on the submit button, nothing happens. Actually the page refreshes. I notice if I hover over the submit button, the URL that shows up bottom left is a link to the page http://www.richepstein.com/contact-2/#

    How can I fix this?
