Limits

    I am not able to see the High End theme via Appearance/Customize. I suspect it has something to do with the WP Memory Limit (40MB), WP Max Upload Size (10MB), and/or Max Execution Time (30).
    I did follow these instructions from my host: https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/110, but the numbers continue to be at these limits?
    I’m hoping this is the problem with importing the Demo as well.
