Theme options won't save in word press

Hi,
When I try to change any thing in theme options on word press they will not save. Even something as simple as a email address on the contact settings. I will click save changes and it will just look like its loading but it will stay like that for hours. I can however customize the theme or add a new page or edit the pages just nothing when I am in the theme options portion.
