Special Header 3 'white line' issue

When using special Header 3 I use color=”#FFFFFF” in the shortcode to make the tekst white. That works! The only thing is that the 2 lines next to the title remain grey (see attached file: next to ‘leef zoals God jou bedoeld heeft’). How do I make that white?

(same type of issue with countdown: can’t get that in white letters…)
