404 error

I got a problem 404 error on specific account users on some pages. Normal users dont have 404 error on same pages.
I tried every way what I can do but I couldnt fix it. Please look at my site with below 2 user accounts. Using one of them, you can see 404 error on first page, using another account first page will be show with no prob.

Please look at it and help me to fix it.
