How to Edit Aegaeus for True Full Width

I would like a true full width page for Augeus. The “full width” option within the theme still seems to have a good sized margin on either side.
I created a child theme, “full width template”, and added a “full-width-content” class to the custom css field, but there seems to be way more needed in regards to css to have my entire template full width (header, menu, borders, slider, footer, etc).
I’m aiming for something similar to BulletPress_http://hb-themes.com/themes/bulletpress_wp/ where the entire width of the window is being utilized.
Even if this theme is not intended to support what I’m asking for, a decent push in the right direction to style it myself would be extremely appreciated.
