Nav Bar Colors and Text Wrap

Hey guys been looking through these forums for a few hours and need to get on to development…

I need to wrap the text on my nave menu so it stay on 1 line by default.

Also, how do I change the color just behind the nav menu but keep the color behind the logo white?
