Text Color submenu for Row element

I have a row with a dark background. I need the text to be light, but there’s no submenu for choosing the light text color style in the Row element like there is in the deprecated Fullwidth element.

Should I just use the deprecated Fullwidth element, or is there a way to add that text color submenu to the Row element? Or is that text color submenu somewhere else?
