Custom Portfolio Slugs

Hi Support Team,

Is there any solution I can change my link http://loratooffice.com/portfoliocat/aegaeus/ to http://loratooffice.com/productcat/aegaeus/

or

http://loratooffice.com/portfolio/blandit-ipsum/ to http://loratooffice.com/product/blandit-ipsum/

I was modified the public_html/wp-content/themes/AegaeusWP/includes/theme-post-types.php and theme-taxonomies.php, the slugs changed but it cause the page cannot be found and went to 404 page.

Please help me and quite urgent for my company website as need to launch soon.
