Please help me installing the Highend theme full demo.

I bought the theme on Saturday and tried many times to upload the
demo. I allways reset the database. I also tried to import it manualy
but it also won’t work. Then I tried to configure my page manualy, but
css files also missing. I am completely frustrated.
