Aegaeus Theme change

I need to know ASAP how to remove the date from posts or pages. It would be best to do it to the whole theme so I don’t have to go to individual posts, but if it has to be individual posts and pages, that would be OK.

Please give me as non-technical response as possible, or, if it has to be technical, please give me clear, detailed instructions.
