Custom menus

I am trying to set up some custom menus and use them via the page builder. After I read in another post you can activate some of the function of the visual composer by deleting the vc_remove_elements(…) sections in the functions.php I tried to do that by removing this: vc_remove_element(“vc_wp_custommenu”);

but it still doesn’t show me a possibility to add a secondary menu in the page builder….
