How do I take out some stock lines?

I can’t seem to be able to get out some stock text at the top of my header. It’s 2 lines of text though the first line seems to be hidden, the second line says “With Powerful Page Builder”. I am in noway a pro with wordpress however I am learning it and am quite technical. I’m an iTech. When pulling up chrome’s inspector and looking at the particular piece it reads <div class=”hb-site-tagline hb-center-me” style=”margin-top: -18px;”>Ultimate WordPress Theme<br>With Powerful Page Builder</div>. I’m using dreamweaver to edit the CSS sheet but again am just over a beginner when it comes to editing. Regardless I’m using the child theme and when trying to pull the css sheet from the child theme there’s basically nothing there so when I load the sheet from the Highend parent theme I go to the line the above is said to be on but its not really there. Its right under the section that says do not modify and I don’t see the actual text of “With Powerful Page Builder”. Hope this all somewhat makes sense. I’m including a screen shot of what I’m talking about and drew a red ring around the exact lines of text.
