Import only partial demo content?

Hi,
I just installed this theme and have been working with it all day. I had imported the demo content and was using some of the pages as templates for the pages on my site. So far, everything was going really well. I was using the Home Page Example 2 as a template for my homepage. I had changed the URL for that template and was working on customizing it in the Visual Composer. Then, somehow my homepage disappeared and was replaced with a random Testimonials page. I honestly have no idea what happened.

My question is just this: is there any way to be able to import only that one Homepage Example 2 page template without having to completely import all of the demo content all over again?
