Issue With Page Tabs 1,2,3,4 Not loading

The tabs at the bottom for products that have more than (x) Number of products per page offers a tab of buttons listed 1,2,3,4,ect…(depending on the number of products in that category) for next page and so on. But they are dead links meaning the pages go no where(you can not see additional products). Now there are more products that can be viewed but you can not access them the products all stay the same on the page when you click the page buttons at the bottom. Can you help me with this?
