Remove Staff Image Clicks/Popup – Aegaeus

I am trying to remove the hyperlinks on all the staff images that create a popup of the image. Is there any code to remove the links from all the images somehow?

Even better – is there a way to add a different hyperlink and a hover effect to all the staff images?
