Copying a Page within the Menu Section

Would anyone please be able to point me in the right direction.

I am trying to Copy a page within the Menu’s section.

I am working in the Menu Section under Appearances/ then Menus. In the Menus section, I have a page named “Shop – Left Sidebar” that appears to be a HB Custom Menu Page that has a URL: http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/shop/?layout=left-sidebar taking us off our site.

We would like to use this Menu Page several times with our website, but cannot copy the Menu Page.

Am I able to copy and use “Shop – Left Sidebar” Menu Page or is this a HB Theme Page that I must purchase?

And if I am able to copy the Page within the Menus section, then how do I go about it?

Any help would be appreciated…

Not sure how this all works, but understand that HB Themes require me to go to a Forum, but do not directly offer support themselves. Could someone please instruct me on what is the correct protocols to get support from HB Themes, as they seem to be directing me to the Forum, which I understand by doing so, then everyone learns… Is this correct?

But do they answer or help out any questions and provide support after purchase or is this something that you should then pay for?
