row element min. height

Hi,
I seted up a fullwidth paralax row with a testimonial slider element inside it.
Some of the testimonial texts are short only one line, some are longer two line. As the testimonial slider changes the testimonials the height of the row element is constantly changing and the hole page under the row is jumping up and down.

How can I set a minimum high for the row element so it won’t change in case of one line quotes?
