Still need help with shop and product page layouts

I asked about changing the layouts of my shop and product pages but was referred to the manager. I sent an email to the manager and didn’t receive a response after sending three emails. My understanding is the customization I am looking for is beyond the scope of CSS and needs to be specially made. Please help me fix this situation!
