Highend – html5 video plays on PC but not Ipad or Android

Hi, have an html5 video on the revolution slider that will play on pc, but will not play on ipad or android. It is loaded in 3 formats, (mp4, webm,ogv). Is there a plug in or something else I can do that will allow the video to autoplay and be responsive on these other devices? Thank you.
