Contact form 7 not working

Our website has been up and running for several months and we just learned that the contact form wasn’t working correctly when a client called to follow up.

I have checked the contact settings in the theme settings and also created a new form in case something was wrong with the original one. Unfortunately, none of the emails are coming to us. I even changed the email for the administrator in case that was the issue.

We are getting emails from others so we know it isn’t an issue with the email account.
