Image Carousel/Social icons/Mobile verson

The image carousel on my homepage is not fitting the whole width of the page; the right side arrow of the carousel is shifted a couple inches to the left of the screen. Can you please tell me a) how to make the images showing up there fit the whole width of the screen, and b) what is the size of the image so that fits the whole width of the page and is around 3” narrow?

Also, is there a way to have the social icons centered (they appear aligned to the left) and also have them next to the copyright line?

And lastly, how do I create the mobile page? Looks really awful on my phone
