Visual Composer removing my code

Hi,

I’m having a real problem with the visual composer manipulating my code, seemingly, just because it kind of wants to.

It will delete perfectly valid code for no reason, while sometimes it will insert things like “<p></p>” in random places, again for no reason.

An example of it deleting code is that if I try something like wrapping a div to make it a link, such as:
“<div class=””>XYZ</div>”

The visual composer, for seemingly no reason just reverts it to
“<div class=””>XYZ</div>”

This is infuriating and making things really problematic (I mean, I can’t just have no links on my site).

Please can you let me know the fix?
