Highend Demo h4 Font Settings?

I’m sure this is probably solved with some custom CSS or style magic, but I’m confused why the demo Highend theme at http://demo.hb-themes.com/?theme=Highend has two very different <h4> styles. One is decently large, acting as titles under all of the icons in the 4-column icon boxes (see ULTRA-RESPONSIVE LAYOUT), and the other is tiny and all-caps in the footer (as in CONTACT INFO) and some other places as well.

It seems like a bad design to have both be controlled by the same h4. When I adjust my Font Settings in the Highend Options panel, both places change to match, but clearly the demo has them behaving very differently (as I’d like to do).

Could someone clue me in to the most painless method here?
