Viewport Mobile Scaling

Hi,

Theme is not scaling to fit my Android phone scree, so everything looks zoomed up when the page loads.

I have the responsive design turned off, just want the site to fill the screen on mobile, but instead it’s really zoomed in. Even if I zoom out fully, the background image is hardly visible.

I saw in meta-tags.php you use the viewport tag, just ain’t working for me anyway. Anything we can do to get the nonresponsive site scaled right in mobile thx
