2 queries for mobile viewing

I couldn’t see these question listed so I’d like help with 2 things:

1) Is there a way to edit solely the mobile/tablet appearance? At the moment, after qute some struggle, we have the desktop version looking pretty much the way we want it but on tablet there are a number of misalignment issues, and on mobile there’s visible html on pages.

2) On mobile, When we google our page on Safari, there are no results for our site. However, on other browsers (I tried ‘Mercury’) results show up just fine. Very peculiar! Why is this happening?
