Automatic Full site on mobile phone

hi , I was searching for an answer regarding my question but couldn’t find it in the forum

my site is working fine. Though, when I open my home page via a Mobile phone, it gives me a blue WordPress page. Then, I have to scroll down till the end of the page and there is a button ‘View Full site’, and only when I press that I can see the full site in the proper design.

can you please advise me how to make that process automatic for my visitors , I want them to see the full site immediately. is there an option or code for that?
