Logo, favicon images not visible in ipad nor in iphone

Hi,

I am having problems with the visibility of my logo and favicon images on my ipad and my iphone. I followed the instructions creating .png or .gif with the required pixels but it is not working. You’ll see in my attachment a grey icon that appears when I’m uploading the images I created. Any ideas of what’s causing those problems?
