Embed content from external website

    Hi guys – I would like to insert some content (it’s a weather forecast) from an external website, magicseaweed.com, in my website balealsurfspirit.com. The guys at magicseaweed gave me this instruction: embeds – /syndicate/addForecast.php?type=spot&regionId=1&spotId=4&unit=us – but I have no idea how to use it… can you help? Where do I insert this code? Cheers. R
