Reblogging a wordpress blogger

I saw a wordpress blog button on a page for a blogger that had some relevant information.

I reblogged it thinking I would add it as a guest blogger on my newdermeo blog page.

I followed these instructions

The actual page for my blog is http://www.newdermeo.com/blog-small

When I tried putting that in to direct it to my actual blog page I was still not able to reblog it. Instead it brought up a search page as if I was putting in a link that was not connected.

How do I utilize the wordpress blog sharing button?

How do I include the button so that I can have others reblog me?
