Help! The colors for the demo changed on me out of nowhere.

Hello! I was working on my website using the demo Highend template and when I refreshed the page after uploading a photo, the background colors had been changed to a ugly jade green and the header was changed to a 70’s yellow green. The header came with it as white and the footer black. How do I restore the colors without losing all of my work? I have to have this website complete soon.
