Unable to increase "wp memory limit"

Hi there,

I am having a similar problem. I had to increase my “wp memory limit” and “max execution time”. I contacted my host (host monster) for help and after a quite a few tries (always restoring the theme after)it shows up the “max execution time” is fixed but not “wp memory limit”. Very frustrating.
