Plugin layerslider and slider revolution

Hi, I have a trouble for using these plugins. When I active both on wordpress, the site becomes very slow in uploading and refreshing pages. Maybe there’s a incompatibility or an issue with another plugin. Have some solutions?

Furthermore I see the images on slides with no right resolution. What is the correct size and resolution for all image slide?
