getting started

Hi all,
I’m in the process of transporting my wordpress.org blog into my own website, with a highend-blogtheme. ALl my content is already on the new site, and I managed to turn the main page into a blog-themed page. But it turns out that there are hundreds of pages on my blog that I didn’t put there… How can I get rid of the extra (latin) messages on my blog?
An other question: how can I remove the ‘buy now’ buttons on the bottom of my blog?
