March 17, 2025 – I sent a message using the support contact form that I have been trying to get help with my lifetime license I purchased through Mojo Marketplace in 2016. Branko Čonjić replied and said that if I “opened a ticket on our support site in 2016 or before, that would also be considered valid proof.”
I replied via email saying I had opened ticket #95580 under the username “daverinaldi” with the same email (daverinaldi@gmail.com). The subject for this ticket/topic was “Customize not working at all for Highend 3.2.4′ it was opened Oct 12, 2016 and it was answered by Noda.
March 29 – Branko replied “I just double-checked and couldn’t find an email with the attached screenshots. Could you please resend it and CC hristina@hb-themes.com so that we can ensure it gets delivered this time?”
March 20 – I replied to branko@hb-themes.com and hristina@hb-themes.com with screenshots of support ticket #95580 and screenshots of my original zip file dated June 8, 2016 and all unzipped files show file creation dates of 2016.
March 26 – I sent a follow-up email to these same addresses. and followed up soon after with a support form message.
April 7 – Branko replied, “No emails have come through on our end since my reply to the contact form message — I double-checked, and nothing has been received.
Please open a ticket on our support forum and include your attachments in a private reply there.I am attaching screenshots here as requested.
