Slider Revolution not displaying

Hello ,

I clear everything from my computer, called godaddy change php, added higher limit on their back end to 256 to 512. I uninstalled and reinstall , Did the whole turn all plugins and nothing is working.

All it does it , it loads and that’s it. Even in the preview it does the same thing. I try going to their forum but they’re no use over there as well.

Is this plug in attach to this template still free with the purchase of this template or do I need to pay for it ?
