Front End Editor Not Loading

Hi there,

I’m a new user and I’m trying to use your visual composer and it won’t load. Just a continuous a blank page. I have updated to WordPress 4 and all my plug ins seem up to date?

This makes it extremely difficult to achieve the type of website I want and was advertised when I bought High End.
