Perm license needed

I have requested my replacement perm key as I purchased from Mojo marketplace. I have received an email request to provide my proof which I have multiple times over the past month or so. I never hear anything back from these emails. It seems that these are going to spam and not being checked. Is there another way for me to get this resolved besides email? I really need to get this done.
