    Hi

    I am sort of shocked, since all of a sudden my license is NOT ANYMORE ACTIVE AND VALID? After 10 years of membership!? Why is that? Are you revoking the member’s lifetime licenses after 10yrs?

    Also, I assume this is way the updates are shut off?
    Please explain. Thank you kindly.
