Outdated copies of woocommerce

Hi,
In my dashboard, i get the below notification on every link. please advise if this is something that can be fixed by the theme or the hosting site.

Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could be the reason.
