Template Cost

    What is the cost of the template? Is it a one-time fee with ownership? We don’t want an ongoing or monthly financial cost for the site. Love the template…just hoping it’s a one time cost with ownership. Do you have some kind of ownership/use agreement to review? Thanks for you assistance.
