A couple issues with my site

Good afternoon,

I must say how happy I have been with the support I have received from HB themes. I finally have published my website and am happy with it for the most part. I am not a coder and not very familiar with computers/web so I am pleased with all that the Highend theme has to offer and the support that comes along with it.

I do have a couple of issues, though.
1. My footer will sometimes show and sometimes will not show when accessing my site. It also often disappears when navigating to another page within my site and then returning to the home page.
2. I am not sure how to include the Pinterest link in my social widget that displays in my footer and header.
3. The menu does not show up on 3 of my pages, but does display on two. Can you help me figure this out?
