Extra unwanted margin

I am on a portfolio page and have inserted shortcode for a full-width section. I split this section into two columns and want to have one of the columns display a graphic with no margin or padding. I have everything set to 0 but a margin still appears. WHY??

Please see the attached inmage and code below. I shoul note that it seems like the columns are the reason extra margin is appearing at the bottom because without them there isnt an issue. At the same time I cannot find any way to remove this extra space.
