Highend . 4.0.1 Bakery Builder won’t update

Using HighendWP Theme v. 4.0.1 with WPBakery Page Builder version 7.5 installed. Update to 7.6. View version 7.6 details.
WPBakery Page Builder won’t Update.
Error msg: “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”
ANd, activeate brings me to the purchase form for “WPBakery Page Builder”

My understanding is that the Highend theme includes this plugin?? and it has been updating until now.
