Highend: How do I remove the header from my front page

I’m trying to have a static front page with two links on to take you to 2 different parts of the website. How do I remove the header from it and the navigation bar?

At the moment (might be a separate issue) but I can’t click on any Highend options except ‘General Settings’. There’s no box available for Tracking Code, Custom Script or Custom CSS either.
