Highend + Woocommerce problem on phone

I have Woocommerce set to show everything in 4 columns.

When viewing the store on a phone, it is trying to display all 4 columns, more than double the width of the screen, with no ability to scroll to the right, so the third and fourth columns are just cut off.

When I change the settings to display 2 columns, they make the everything way too big and the pictures are pixelated (but it looks good on the phone).

Is there someplace that turns on responsiveness for Woocommerce?
