Urgent Visual Composer

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Visual Composer, the plug in seems to be putting my website in an endless loop not allowing it to open displaying a blank page, I spoke with my hosting company and the plug in causing the issue is visual composer, I also attempted to get support from them but It seems that their website is having the same issue and It is currently impossible to access their website as well, Is there anyway that you guys can get in contact or let me know how to reach them as according to what I have found It is a paid plug in and they should be offering support for it.

I think this issue started a couple of days ago and the plug in has been slowing down my page to a point where it is unbearable to open the website taking more than a minute to load the page, to finally getting to the loop situation in which the page does not display absolutely anything, I need help ASAP Please!
