Text and Menu Items Showing Through Drop Down Menu

https://tradethatswing.com/ is having an issue with the main menu showing through the drop down menus. It only occurs on smaller screens where the menu gets compressed and appears on two lines. Then the second line of the menu shows through the drop down menu, making it hard to read and it looks bad.

The non-transparency of the submenu is somehow getting overridden by the main menu and showing through. Any solution for this? Have tried changing setting around, but none of the general settings seem to fix the issue.
