Ability to Link/Anchor the FAQ Categories

Hello,
I noticed in the FAQ code, that there is a # present. We would like to be able to link/anchor and open a specific category. So it would be for example, https://www.bestbuddies.org/faq#jobs.
The code shows a #, but I can’t seem to find where to add the name. Is this a possibility or would that have to be created? Here is the FAQ code:
