theme_options.txt file

    I just bought the Highend theme from Bluehost and I’m going through the documentation. I’m at a point where is says “Copy and paste the content from theme_options.txt file into Highend Options > Backup Settings > Import.” My question is where do I get the theme_options.txt file?
